Program terms
- You earn 30% of what each referred customer pays (after discounts, excluding tax) for 12 months from their first payment, monthly or yearly plans alike. Yearly payments are paid out in 12 monthly parts.
- Referrals are tracked by your link or code for 60 days; the last partner link clicked before sign-up gets the credit. Only new KDPTop accounts count.
- Each commission is held for 30 days for refunds. Refunded or charged-back payments are reversed, also after payout (deducted from the next one).
- Payouts go out in the first week of each month once your balance reaches $50, via PayPal, Wise, USDT (TRC-20) or Alipay. Before the first payout we ask for a short W-9 or W-8BEN tax declaration.
- Disclose the partnership in your content (for example “affiliate link”), as the FTC and most platforms require.
- Not allowed: bidding on “KDPTop” or similar brand terms in search ads, coupon and deal sites, spam, misleading income claims, and referring yourself or your own accounts.
- Single tier only: no commission on partners you recruit. Breaking the rules gets a warning first; repeated or fraudulent activity ends the partnership and voids unpaid commissions from that traffic.
- We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Questions about a statement: email us within 30 days.

What if a customer pays yearly?
You earn 30% of the yearly payment. It is released in 12 monthly parts, so a refund mid-year only affects the parts not yet paid.
What happens after the 12 months?
Commission on that customer stops. Customers you refer later each start their own 12 months.
Can my audience get a discount?
Every new customer already gets 50% off the first month automatically. For bigger launches we can set up a custom code with you.
Which countries can join?
